Prerequisites

  • A SuperFunnel account.

  • A HubSpot account (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).

  • Admin access to your HubSpot portal to approve the integration.

Step 1: Connect the Integration

  1. Log in to your SuperFunnel Workspace.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Locate the HubSpot card and click Connect.

  4. A pop-up window will appear asking you to log in to HubSpot.

  5. Select the HubSpot account you wish to connect and click Choose Account.

  6. Review the requested permissions (Contacts) and click Connect App.

  7. You will be redirected back to SuperFunnel with a success message. The status on the card will change to "Connected."

Step 2: Map Your Fields

To ensure your data lands in the right place, you can map SuperFunnel form fields to HubSpot properties:

  1. In the Integrations tab, click Settings on the connected HubSpot card.

  2. You will see a list of your SuperFunnel form fields on the left.

  3. Select the corresponding HubSpot Property from the dropdown menu on the right.

    • Example: Map "Work Email" (SuperFunnel) to "Email" (HubSpot).

  4. Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Test the Connection

  1. Go to one of your published landing pages.

  2. Fill out the form with test data (e.g., [email protected]).

  3. Submit the form.

  4. Open your HubSpot account and navigate to Contacts.

  5. Verify that a new contact has been created with the information you submitted.

Troubleshooting
